Training Programs
Boot Camp Training Program - A program consisted of different exercises done one after the other with no rest in between. Heart and Muscles are worked out intensely. Calisthenics like push ups, squats, jumping jacks, crunches and many more. Done with the right intensity this will burn your way to a healthier lifestyle.

Plyometric Training Program - A program mainly focused on improving your power, reaction time and strength. It plays a big factor on improving the functions of the nervous system. It is very specific to sport training.

Isometric Training Program - A program designed for muscle strengthening through static movements. The joint angle stays exactly the same, no movement are seen on the entire work set. It increases the strength on a specific joint

Weight Management Training Program - A program to help you lose weight and to maintain your weight through series of workout regime and sports. Learn the way eat right and maintain your shape.
Sports Specific Program - A program specially designed by sport enthusiast and coaches to reach specific goals. Sports specific program is geared towards prevention and strengthening the muscles that are weak and packaged to a fun filled workout.
Circuit Training - A program involving different workload and work set to keep your heart and muscles pumping. Rest is made to minimal, or not rest at all, while having fun and blasting out tons of calories.
Fat Loss Program - A program that mainly focus on losing excess fat and excess weight. Cardiovascular endurance will be the at most concern.
